Who are our brigade

Our team have been in the catering industry for many years and have been fortunate enough to work in some of the best restaurants and event companies in the South East. Our team is made up of chefs ranging from different continents with various backgrounds. We have blended the new dynamic chefs with the old school classical guard.

Our executive chef started in various hotels in the west end then turned his hand to restaurants in the Belgravia area and finished off working in blue chip companies, providing director style dining.

Since turning his hand to event catering,

 he has had the privilege of catering at some prestigious venues and working with some major companies catering for dinner buffets and canape events.
