HMS features several flexible spaces, including the Drill Deck, Wardroom, Apron, and classrooms, each suited to different group sizes and types of gatherings.

Here’s a quick breakdown of what you can expect:

SET UP TAKEDOWN

Our setup and takedown service is designed to give you peace of mind, ensuring your event runs smoothly from start to finish. For a flat fee of £200, we handle everything from laying the table settings to executing any pre-agreed decoration instructions. This service also includes setting up a welcome drink station and ensuring the venue is spotless afterward, including clearing all items per the venue agreement, sweeping, mopping, and disposing of rubbish.

STAFF HIRE

Our professional team will be dressed in all-black attire, including a black tie and waistcoat, ensuring a sophisticated and seamless experience throughout your event. 

Staffing charges are £150 per person for the duration of the event. To ensure the best service, we recommend the following staff allocations:

For Buffets, Bars, and Beverage Service:

    • 1 staff member per 20 guests
    • 2 staff members for up to 50 guests
    • 3 staff members for up to 80 guests
    • 4 staff members for up to 120 guests

For Dinner Packages:

      • 1 staff member per 10 guests, ensuring smooth and efficient service for every course.
EQUIPMENT HIRE

For your convenience, our buffet packages come with high-quality disposables, though you may choose to upgrade to crockery at the following rates:

  • Finger Buffets: £1.95 per guest (plates and glasses)
  • Drinks Packages: £1.95 per guest (cups, saucers, teaspoons, and glassware)
  • Fork Buffets: £2.95 per guest (cutlery, crockery, glassware, buffet table cloths, and serving equipment)

For our sit-down packages, all table settings are provided, including cutlery, crockery, glassware, and cloth napkins, ensuring a refined dining experience for every guest.

We understand that budget is a crucial aspect of planning any event, and we’re here to help you make the most of it. If you have a specific budget in mind, please let us know, and we will tailor a menu that aligns perfectly with your financial parameters while still delivering quality and variety. Additionally, we offer a price match guarantee—if you receive a genuine like-for-like quote from another company, simply provide us with their details and the official quote, and we’ll match it.
